During the building process, both Anita and I appreciated your candor and objectivity in helping us make all the decisions and selections to construct our house. The knowledge and expertise of the team enabled us to make informed decisions. Every building project has problems, but Zbranek & Holt stood by us to correct issues between the plans and our expectations, allowing us to complete the home on budget and exactly the way we envisioned it.
The area we are most pleased with is your attention to the warranty items that crop up after moving in. Having never built a new home before there was a concern that once the final bill was paid, we would be on our own if something went wrong. This is where your true professionalism shines through. Your team addressed each and every item quickly and professionally. Never was there a question about addressing any issue with the house. You even helped resolve issues with the pool and landscaping contractors that were clearly NOT part of your contract. Your pride and dedication to building a quality home and making sure that your clients are happy is very rare in today’s world.
We had been told that building a home could be very stressful. While there were certainly moments where we felt a bit overwhelmed, you had our backs at every step and made sure that our experience was positive and all our expectations were met. If we ever build a home in the future, we wouldn’t consider any other builder than Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes.
