In the most caring and professional manner, Zbranek & Holt has walked us through the building process, gathering our feedback each step of the way, as well as making insightful recommendations during the building process. What amazes me is their after-build care; it is beyond any expectation that we could have had bar none. A few examples are necessary of the after care work this firm provides after the project was done. After 4 years of living in our current home, built by Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes, we developed a leak in our roof. My wife called Tony Holt for a recommendation of a roofer to call to fix the leak. They took it upon themselves to contact a roofer and cover the cost of repairs themselves, exceeding all expectations we could have had for this repair.
A second example; we were having problems with our pool, which Zbranek & Holt did not build. After one phone call, Zbranek & Holt contacted a trusted contractor to fix our pool problem. Once again, while it wasn’t their obligation, Zbranek & Holt’s professionalism toward their customers continues to exceed all expectations.
We have recently purchased another property on which we are going to build a new home. We did not even consider contacting another builder, given the highest level of detail, quality, timeliness and professionalism afforded us by everyone on the Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes team.
