We recently celebrated our anniversary in our beautiful home built by Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes in Flintrock Falls of Lake Travis.
We wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with the quality of the home you’ve built for our family. Aside from expected minor issues, which were fixed promptly in the months following our move-in, there hasn’t been anything that has gone wrong with the house. The attention to detail, and the standard to which this structure was built, continue to delight us. Just the other day I had a company over for our regular AC service and they commented on how extra well insulated the house is, for example.
We’ve also been pleased with how Zbranek & Holt has stood behind your work, and have taken care of issues that arose after we moved in. I never had the feeling that you are going by the letter of our agreement (in terms of coverage times) and always experienced how well you stood behind your work.
