Zbranek Custom Homes was the winner of the coveted “Grand MAX Award for Custom Home Builders” Saturday evening at the 2010 MAX Awards held at the Austin Country Club. Several other 1st Place Awards included; Best Color Ad, Best Custom Product Design for both the $1.5 and $2 Million dollar range Custom Homes, and Construction Superintendent of the Year for Richard Slyker. Slyker is the Zbranek Project Manager for the Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay area.
Zbranek Custom Homes was also the recipient of numerous Silver Awards for Best Sales Brochure, Best Website – Custom Builder, Best Special Promotion, Best Custom Home Outdoor Living Space, and Best Custom Home Master Bath.
The MAX Awards were created by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin in recognition of Sales and Marketing Excellence. The prestigious MAX Award is given to Builders, Developers, Remodelers and Associates who made significant and creative contributions in residential marketing during 2009.
Earlier this year, Zbranek Custom Homes was awarded the “National Master Builder of the Year” Award in Las Vegas by the National Association of Home Builders and “Business of the Year” by the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce. This year’s MAX Awards recognize Zbranek Custom Homes excellence in the Custom Home Building business throughout the greater Austin, Westlake, Lake South, Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay areas. The Zbranek team includes 4 Graduate Master Builders, 6 Certified Graduate Builders and 6 Certified Green Professionals.
