Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes joined hundreds of other local Austin Texas area businesses at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Austin Wednesday evening August 31 as the Austin Chamber of Commerce celebrated “The Stars of Austin Business”. The Austin Chamber of Commerce has been serving as the voice of local businesses since 1877. For 134 years, the Austin Chamber has been working to create a climate for success and growth throughout Central Texas. Businesses of all sizes contribute to the economic vitality of our region, as such the Chamber seeks to recognize those businesses that have made outstanding contributions to Austin community at large. The Chamber recognizes that all businesses contribute to the diversity of the Austin area economic base so the evening presents an opportunity for businesses to gather as we celebrate each others accomplishments.

Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes was nominated for, among other things, the recognition of our efforts to foster Community Relations as a direct result of our $150,000 donation to the Lake Travis Youth Association (LTYA). This donation was accomplished through our building of the “2010 LTYA Benefit Home” in Rough Hollow Lakeway. Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes is a full service, fixed price custom home builder in Austin who only works on pre-sold custom home projects. As such the company extended itself in order to meet the needs they recognized for the Lake Travis Youth Association after it was defrauded of nearly $200,000 back in 2009. The project came together with vendors and supplier who’s efforts assisted Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes in their benefit efforts. A buyer also came forward early on and was able to take full advantage of the fully custom home that Zbranek & Holt are renowned for. Additionally the home was featured in the annual Home Builders Association of Greater Austin 2010 “Parade of Homes” in Rough Hollow Lakeway last October.
