The Texas Association of Builders has awarded Zbranek Custom Homes the 2010 “Texas Custom Home Builder of the Year” at the Sunbelt Builders Show in Dallas. Zbranek Custom Homes was also recognized with 7 distinctive Awards including; Best New Custom Home over $1Million, Best Architectural Design for a home over $1Million, and for the second consecutive year, Construction Superintendent of the Year. This year’s winning Zbranek recipient is Richard Slyker, who is the Zbranek Project Manager for the Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay area.
Earlier this year Steve Zbranek was awarded the “National Master Builder of the Year” award in Las Vegas by the National Association of Home Builders. Zbranek Custom Homes was also named “Greater Austin Custom Builder of the Year” by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin (HBA) in addition to receiving Awards for Best Custom Product Design for homes ranging from $1.5 to $2.5 Million, and Construction Superintendent of the Year for Richard Slyker.
Zbranek Custom Homes was also awarded “2010 Business of the Year” by the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce. This year’s numerous award winnings are the culmination of the Zbranek Teams efforts to excel in the Custom Home Building business throughout the Greater Austin, Westlake, Lake South, Dripping Springs, Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay areas.
