Intro: The ideal candidate will have current high end custom home project management experience in the Austin or Highland Lakes area. This is not a training position. It requires the new hire to immediately step into a project management role for luxury custom homes currently under construction as well as managing new home starts.
Intro: Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes is looking for a qualified candidate for our in house Purchasing Department. This position will be responsible for the overall pricing and delivery of all aspects of the home including negotiating subcontracts in a timely, cost effective manner. You will also be responsible for conforming to preset budgets and using all existing software.
